Regulations

These regulations are written for your convenience, so that you can fully enjoy your stay in the CAMPERLIVE Camper Area.

Regulations in accordance with the applicable legal regulations according to Decree 6/2015 of 23 January, of the Council regulating campsites and overnight areas in transit for motorhomes in the Valencian Community (2015/563). (Doc. No. 7451 of 27.01.2015)

In the interest of all our clients, we ask you to read the following points: 

1.Camperlive Camper Area reserves the right of admission and expulsion in case of non-compliance with the rules established here.

2.Any person wishing to visit a friend or family member staying on the premises and use the facilities must present identification at reception and pay a fee of 6 euros.

3.Reception is open from 08:30 to 21:00 (22:00 in summer). If you cannot find us, you can call us at +34621078663.

4.Caravans, cars or tents are not allowed. The area is exclusively for motorhomes or campers.

5.The price includes: the pitch, use of the facilities, two people, two pets, drinking water and waste disposal. Each additional person (over 5 years old) will pay an extra 5 euros per day.

6.The stay must be paid in full upon arrival. If your reservation is for more than 30 days, payment will be monthly between the 1st and the 5th of each month.

7.The price of electricity is 0.6 euros per kWh and is paid at check-out.

8.Check-out must be done before 12:00. If you wish to do it later, you must consult reception at least 24 hours in advance and the corresponding surcharge will be applied.

9.Use only the socket corresponding to your pitch and respect its limits. To activate or deactivate electricity, contact reception.

10.Overnight stays in tents are not allowed. All persons must sleep inside their motorhome or camper.

11.Only vehicles belonging to guests may circulate within the area between 08:00 and 21:00 (22:00 in summer) and at a maximum speed of 10 km/h.

12.Throwing rubbish in the area is prohibited. Use the waste and recycling containers located at the exit of the area.

13.All signs in the corresponding areas must be respected.

14.For hygiene and conservation reasons, wastewater must be emptied in the appropriate designated areas.

15.Making noise or playing loud music is not allowed.

16.More than one person is not allowed to use the showers at the same time. If you need the key to the adapted bathroom, consult reception for the conditions.

17.Watering the trees is not allowed.

18.Do not use trees or fences to hang clothes or other objects. We have clotheslines available if you need them.

19.Causing damage to company property will lead to legal action.

20.Washing your vehicle within the area is prohibited.

21.Charcoal and wood barbecues are prohibited, except in designated areas.

22.Management is not responsible for any theft that may occur; the area is supervised, and users must take the usual precautions to protect their personal belongings.

23.The use of specialized products for grey and black water is recommended.

Swimming Pool
24. Pool hours are from 09:00 to 20:00 (21:00 in summer).

25. Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

26. Children under 12 must go to the pool with a responsible adult.

27. It is mandatory to shower before entering the pool.

28. Jumping abruptly into the pool is prohibited.

Pets
29. Pets must remain on a leash and under supervision at all times.

30. Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in the area. If your pet relieves itself before leaving the area during a walk, please bring a bottle of water and rinse it, or pick up the waste immediately.

31. Please do not feed animals for which you are not responsible.

Laundry
32. Laundry hours are from 08:00 to 21:00.

33. After using the washing machine or dryer, clothes must be removed within 15 minutes after the cycle has finished.

34. Washing rugs in the washing machines is not allowed and we have a washing machine available for pets.

35. Washing clothes in the sinks is not allowed.
