Camperlive Internal Regulations
These regulations are written for your convenience, so that you can fully enjoy your stay in the CAMPERLIVE Camper Area.
Regulations in accordance with the applicable legal regulations according to Decree 6/2015 of 23 January, of the Council regulating campsites and overnight areas in transit for motorhomes in the Valencian Community (2015/563). (Doc. No. 7451 of 27.01.2015)
In the interest of all our clients, we ask you to read the following points:
1.ACCESS TO THE CAMPING.
Any person who wishes to access a plot or facility at the campsite must present themselves at reception. The management reserves the right to refuse admission. Staying at the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and a commitment to comply with them. The holder of the invoice issued for the services provided will be responsible for acts/facts/circumstances of events carried out by themselves and/or their companions.
2.MINORS.
Minors are only accepted when accompanied by their parents or any other adult responsible for them.
3.VISITS.
After having been authorized by the campsite management, visitors may be admitted to the campsite under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. The camper who receives them may be required to pay a fee to the extent that the visitor has access to the services and/or facilities of the campsite.
(This fee can be consulted at reception)
4.TRAFFIC AND PARKING OF VEHICLES
Only vehicles belonging to the campers staying there may circulate in the campsite. The gates will remain closed between 21:00 and 08:00h throughout the year, except in July-August and September, when they will close at 22:00h.
Inside the campsite, vehicles must travel at a maximum speed of 10km/h.
Traffic of cars, motorhomes, motorcycles and scooters is prohibited between 23:00h and 08:00h. Vehicles must then be parked outside the campsite.
5.FACILITIES.
Everyone must ensure the good appearance and cleanliness of the pitches and take care of the facilities. It is forbidden to define/delimit the pitch by your own means or to dig trenches in the ground.
Plants and flowers must be respected. It is forbidden to hammer nails into trees, cut branches or make plantations.
It is forbidden to wash your vehicle on your pitch.
It is forbidden to set up tents.
Fences, sinks, electrical appliances or any other element that, due to its fixation, transmits an image of permanence in the plots may not be installed on the plots, and their installation by the client constitutes sufficient cause for the termination of the contract, regardless of its type, without the right to any compensation. This cause for termination will be included in the internal regulations of the establishment, and may be exercised after warning the user to remove what was installed.
6.WASTE WATER.
For reasons of hygiene and conservation, waste water must be emptied in the appropriate areas for this purpose.
7.ELECTRICITY.
It is prohibited to connect your electrical supply to a socket that is not assigned to the rented site.
No electrical connection that does not comply with safety standards is accepted.
8.DOMESTIC WASTE.
Waste must be deposited in the containers, which are located at the entrance to the campsite. Please respect the colours for recycling. It is forbidden to deposit waste in the bins located inside the campsite.
9.SECURITY
Barbecues are only allowed in the picnic area.
The management is in no way responsible for thefts that may occur at the campsite. Please immediately notify reception of any suspicious persons present at the campsite.
Although the campsite is supervised, users of the campsite must take the usual precautions to protect their personal belongings.
Clients must have their own civil liability insurance for any possible damages that may occur or occur at the campsite.
In order to protect the privacy and data protection of clients, filming/recording inside the campsite is prohibited. For this purpose, authorization must be requested from the management.
10.DOGS
Dogs, whose entry has been admitted by the reception services, must remain at all times with their owner, subject and under control. They cannot be left alone in the campsite, even on a leash. Out of respect for the campers, please take dogs outside the campsite regularly. Dogs are not allowed to do their business on the campsite grounds. Dogs are not allowed in the common areas (barbecues and swimming pool).
Dogs of dangerous breeds are not allowed on the campsite.
11.SWIMMING POOL.
Please respect the hygiene and safety rules and the opening hours. We remind you of some hygiene and safety rules: showers are mandatory before entering the pool and access to the children’s pool is prohibited to children over 8 years old. Children who still need diapers will have to bring special swimming diapers.
12.LAUNDRY.
The laundry hours are from 08:00 Hours to 21:00 Hours.
13.BILLS.
Bills must be paid at reception upon check-in, electricity will be paid according to consumption upon departure of the camper. Bills for stays of more than one month must be paid in monthly installments.
14.Publication of the internal regulations
These internal regulations are displayed at the entrance to the campsite, as well as at reception. They can be consulted on our website and the client can request a copy.
15.VIOLATIONS OF THE REGULATIONS
The management reserves the right to ask clients who have violated these regulations to leave the campsite.
16.Cause for termination of the contract
– The duration of the contract for the occupation of a plot or camping site may not exceed one year, regardless of the type of contract entered into. Consequently, all plots must be vacated and reconditioned at least once a year.
– The installation by clients of elements that do not correspond to those of temporary, proper and habitual use of the stay in the campsites and/or that harm the tourist image of the establishment is expressly prohibited. Specifically, floors, fences, sinks, electrical appliances, tents and any other element that, due to its fixation, conveys an image of permanence in the campsite may not be installed on the plots, and their installation by the client constitutes sufficient cause for the termination of the accommodation contract, regardless of its type, without the right to any compensation. This cause may be exercised after warning the camper and refusal to remove the installed items.
